Return Policy
Hey there! We get it, sometimes stuff doesn't quite live up to your expectations. No worries though, because we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase! If you want to return something, just reach out to your dedicated customer service rep within 3 days of getting your order. They'll walk you through the whole return process and give you a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Here's what you need to know about returns:
To be able to return something, it's got to be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you first got it. Keep in mind that certain items, like personalized or custom-made stuff, might not be eligible for return. We'll give you all the details based on what you're returning. Oh, and just so you know, we cover the shipping costs for domestic returns, but there's a 15% restocking fee that applies.

Sending it back:
To make things easy for you, we'll take care of the whole shipping process for your return. We'll give you clear instructions on how to package everything up and send it back to us, including the contact info for our preferred carrier. Just make sure to pack it up nice and tight to prevent any damage during transit.

Refund time:
Once we get the return and check it out, we'll process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will go back to the original payment method you used when making the purchase. If you'd rather have an exchange, we're happy to help you find something else that suits your needs.

Damaged or defective products:
If you receive something that's damaged or defective, don't sweat it!
